We were not sure if were could get what we needed to get for our home; however, after one meeting with Alan and Helene, we knew we were in good hands. I doubt any realtor is as hands-on as Alan and Helene. My husband and I work full time and have 2 small children. We have very limited time. Not a problem for them! They handled everything from prepping our home for sale, to selling it (IN JUST 2 DAYS!!!), to finding us the perfect new home, and finally to negotiating a purchase within our budget. If the house needed something, Alan and Helene were on it. They handled everything! I cannot give them a higher recommendation. One of the best things we took from this home selling/home buying experience is two new friends… Alan and Helene Fasnacht!
