We needed to buy a home in a short period of time and the Fasnachts were with us every step of the way. They listened well, were attentive to our needs and strove to understand our likes and dislikes. They didn’t try to steer us to view homes that didn’t fit the profile we discussed with them. Although our time was limited, we never felt rushed, nor were their opinions about each home we viewed anything less than 100% sincere. Some homes were just not ‘us’ and they shared that opinion with us as well. We found that Alan, Helene, & Michael knew the area intimately, knew the inventory available, and knew the back story on properties, which was very helpful. They kept up with new inventory that came onto the market that might interest us. Even after we received the keys to our new home, Team Fasnacht continued to check on us and our satisfaction with the house.
