Mark & Debbie CappenAlan and Helene were by far the best real estate agents that we have had the opportunity to work with since moving to California 4 years ago. They always kept us informed on all aspects of the sale of our home and reassured us during the buying of our current home. When we had our offer accepted on our current house we had a bout of buyers remorse. We called Alan and asked him to withdraw our offer. He told us that he wouldn’t accept our request until we had a couple of days to give it some more thought and he wanted us to go back to the house first and be sure of our decision. After doing what he asked we discovered that we really did want the house. We are so grateful for his suggestion as we love our new home and would surely have regretted not going through with our purchase. We were present for our first open house on our previous home and got to see how Helene interacted with prospective buyers. She was wonderful! Engaging the people that came in, answering questions and making sure they were aware of all the positive aspects of our home. Not just sitting passively as we have seen so many agents do and telling people to let them know if they had any questions. When all was said and done we were completely happy with all aspects on both sides of our real estate experience with Alan and Helene. We would and will (and have) highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful experience with any of their real estate needs. And besides all that they are just nice people!
