This recommendation/testimonial is way past due, life got in the way, but I want to say that the Fasnacht team was incredible to work with. They helped my family and I sell two homes, one in Cal Heights, Long Beach and the other in La Canada Flintridge. If you’re in the process of choosing a realtor I strongly recommend that you meet with the Fasnacht’s. They are very professional but also super personable. They work with you to make the process as easy as possible. When selling our families Long Beach home they gave knowledgeable suggestions for fixing things up and doing own staging. They helped to tie up loose ends after we had closed and were moving across the country, easing a bit of the stress. A few years later when I needed to sell my childhood home in La Canada I ended up coming back to the Fasnacht’s because I wasn’t impressed with the realtor from that area. I had to navigate selling the house from across the country but the Fasnacht’s made it as painless as possible and eased my mind. Again they had knowledgeable suggestions and this time recommended professional staging as well as other fixes. Team Fasnacht knows their stuff, they’ve been in the industry for many years and it absolutely shows through their professionalism and the experience they bring.
